A guest book that keeps their stories, not just names.
A paper guest book fills with signatures. The stories people came to share, the ones that made you laugh or cry in the reception line, usually go home with them. A QR code on the memory table lets everyone leave those stories, along with old photos and their own voice, in about a minute.
From $9.99, one time. No app for guests. Nothing is shared until you approve it.

How it works for guests
- They point their phone camera at the QR code. A simple page opens with your loved one’s name and photo. It works on iPhone and Android.
- They write, record or add a photo. A story, a few words, a picture from their camera roll, a voice note or a short video. Large type, one step at a time.
- They tap send. No app, no account and no password. Then they’re back with the people around them.
Guests can say whether they’re family or a friend, and leave a mailing address if they’d like a thank-you note. Guests who can’t come can use the same link, sent by text or email.
What your family sees
Every memory comes to you first, in an inbox on your phone or computer. You approve it, keep it private or hide it, and nothing appears anywhere until you do. Brothers and sisters can help as co-hosts. Instead of a buzz for every message, you can get one gentle summary a day. Voice notes are transcribed so they can be printed, and you check every word.
What goes on the memory table
Every pass includes a printable kit with your QR code on it, ready to print at home or at any print shop tonight:
- 5×7 and 8×10 table signs
- Wallet-size QR cards to hand out or tuck into the program
- A paper sign-in sheet, for guests who would rather write by hand
You can also order boxed Share-a-Memory cards for the table. See every price.
Paper book or QR code?
Many families use both. Keep a paper book by the door for names, and put the QR code beside it for stories. Some older guests prefer to write, so the printable sign-in sheet sits next to the sign. Afterwards, everything people shared can go into one hardcover memorial book.
Private by default
Each page has its own link that can’t be guessed and is kept out of search engines. Only the family sees memories until they approve them. You can block anyone, report anything, stop collecting at any time, and download or delete everything.
One price per memorial
Choose by how many people you expect to share. Anyone can view the page. There’s no subscription, and your page and QR code stay up for good.
