Report a memory
Families: open the memory in the app, tap ···, then Report or Block. Guests: tap Report under any memory on a shared page. Reported memories are hidden from the page at once, and we review every report within 24 hours. We remove content and block people who post anything hateful, harassing, sexual or violent.
Orders and reprints
If a book or card arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo and the order number. We reprint it free; there is nothing to send back.
Your data
In the app: Settings → Export everything, Delete this memorial or Delete my account. Deleting removes the memorial, every memory and every stored photo and recording. Passes bought in the app are refunded through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
